Child Birth certificate attestation from UAE Ministry for visa sponsorship





note: These attestation process from UAE Ministry is for Pakistani passport


Before attesting those documents from UAE Ministry you need to visit our MOFA - Ministry of foreign affairs Office.
In Karachi it is near to FTC Building - Shahra-e-faisal road.
Some agents are there for their service but you can go directly inside as the attestation process from MOFA - Pakistan is very simple and cheap the agents will ask you extra money.

The timings for submission for documents are between 9 AM to 12 PM and collection times are 2PM to 3PM every day.
Following Sponsor's documents for attestation from MOFA - Pakistan
  • Original CNIC and copy of CNIC
  • Certificate for attestation and copy
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of Visa
 If Sponsor is not going him/her self then the other person should take his/her CNIC and Copy of CNIC
Beside Jinnah hall there is a window / counter pay charges their and they will put some tickets on your certificates.
after that visit Jinnah Hall counter / window they will take your certificate and issue a receipt
come back between 2PM with the receipt and CNIC and its copy to collect the certificate.
Next you need to visit Gerry's office which is around LAL KHOTI Karachi. out side office they have FedEx board

The charges for attestation from UAE Ministry for child birth certificate is 45 USD. Gerry's accept only New US Dollars for attestation from UAE Ministry. They also charge around 350 as their service charges
some documents required for these UAE ministry attestation  which are:
  • Original CNIC
  • copy of CNIC
  • Passport Copy
  • Visa Copy
  • Certificate attested from MOFA - Pakistan and its copy
  • Copy of Wife and Child's Passports
If sponsor is not going him/her self for attestation then the other person also need to show his/her original CNIC and Copy of CNIC
It may take 2 to 5 days for attestation from UAE Ministry. You will receive call or SMS from the Gerry's  to collect the document
Do not forget to take your CNIC and Copy of CNIC if you are the sponsor other wise the person who is going for collection he/she needs her/his own CNIC and Copy of CNIC along with sponsor's CNIC copy
