Few months ago the CNIC is mandatory to issue Dubai Residence visa or Dubai Visit visa for Pakistani nationals.
This CNIC for kids also known as Juvenile card is the alternate of B-Form and it can be issued from NADRA offices in Pakistan while in other countries you can get it from Pakistan Embassy or Consulate.
So if you have any plan for visit visa for your family, friends or any other relatives they must have NADRA issued CNIC or NICOP. It is not only for above 18 but for kids it is also required.
Any plan to sponsor family for Dubai visa you must need NADRA issued CNIC or NICOP for family members either they are below 18 or over 18.
The B-form was the old story now to sponsor kids under 18. Although the attested birth certificate is still required. The Juvenile card or CNIC for kids can be issued from Consulate general of Pakistan in Dubai or Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi. This card can not be issue using the online services of NADRA. So you have to visit the Consulate general of Pakistan or Embassy of Pakistan.
Remember , You should take you kids / babies with you, as they need to scan finger prints and take kid picture
Documents
Bring the below documents with you
Original Father and Mother CNIC or NICOP
Original Birth certificate of kid (if you have)
Original B-Form of kid (if you have because same ID Number will be use in new card)
Copies of CNIC or NICOP of Mother and Father
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of B-Form
Take the passport as well for safe side. You can make copies from there. I saw photocopy machine there but its not free.
Fee
The normal fee is 50 AED it may take 30/35 days
Urgent is 100 AED and you may get it in 15/17 days
Executive is 150 and you get it in 7/10 days
This new CNIC for kids will valid until 18 years after that kid can make normal CNIC.

Child Birth certificate attestation in Karachi Pakistan
The Juvenile card or CNIC for kids can be issued from Consulate general of Pakistan in Dubai or Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi. This card can not be issue using the online services of NADRA. So you have to visit the Consulate general of Pakistan or Embassy of Pakistan.

Process
You have to take you kids with you to the Embassy or Consulate General of Pakistan which one is near to your location- Go to consulate and get the Token the consulate working from 7 am - 3 pm , Sun to Thu.
- Wait for you turn in NADRA / CNIC section in ground floor there is other section for passport in ground floor
- upon the call of you number submit the fee and get the other token/slip
- wait for next process
- they will call you again to feed the information using original CNIC of Father or B-form of kid
- they will take picture of kid and finger prints (of father or kid)
- get the printed from and review and sign it
- submit the form to other counter with related documents as below
- keep the slip with you as safe to collect back the card or you may use courier service with extra charges around 30 AED for Sharjah
