Selling an old car from which is dubai registration and
selling it to Abu Dhabi. there is two options to do this transfer.
But before this make sure your vehicle is in ready for passing the vehicle test and fines are cleared.
So let me re explain this transfer can be done from Dubai RTA and from Abu Dhabi Maroor centre (only maroor for Abu Dhabi)
From Dubai RTA
If you are going to do it from dubai rta you have to pass the vehcile from testing center in dubai the fee is around 170 for light vehicle.
After passing the vehicle you need to make a transfer certificate from Dubai RTA office. It can not be done online and both parties should be there with original documents which are Emirates ID, Vehicle Mulkiya and Driving License.
Vehicle is not require to bring in dubai if you have valid test certificate It can be get from abu dhabi as well from Maroor center. May be Plate No should be with you.
Later you can come to maroor and re register the vehicle with new abu dhabi plate.
From Abu Dhabi
Visit abu dhabi maroor center and do the vehicle test then get the valid insurance.
pay the charges in maroor center and get the new plate.
