 In these two videos we are going to cover oracle forms 10g - List of values also known as LOV

the first video cover to create LOV using manually  and the second video will cover create the List of values using oracle forms wizard

to create a manual LOV we need to define Record Group and then we need to define LOV and link it with Record Group also set the properties or link it with the Item or Text Box
some properties need to set of that item. the short key to view the LOV during run time is CTRL+L in oracle forms 10g onward

Create oracle forms List of values - LOV by wizard

To create LOV by wizard is very simple and easy just start the LOV wizard from and follow the instruction

in case you need to change any value after completing the wizard you can use the LOV properties, Record Group or Text Item properties to modify or change it.
We might need to change the Query or Return item values in future.
